No—please don’t trim before your appointment. Hair should be about ¼ inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice, so the wax or sugar can grip it properly. Liz is trained in long-hair removal techniques. 

Yes! You can still be waxed while on your period. Please wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup for bikini or Brazilian services. Your skin may be more sensitive during this time, so the service could feel slightly more uncomfortable—but there’s absolutely no judgment.
